Embodying our Elements

Believe it or not every aspect of our reality - thoughts, emotions & actions - is a combination of 4 basic elements  - earth, air, water and fire. Nothing works without the activation of these elements in varying degrees, including our body. The simple imbalance of these elements  impacts our moods, our body, our environment & our creative magic.  Join me in a meditation to meet your own elements so you can see what needs calming & what may need a boost.  

Riding the Waves of our Changing World

Sometimes it feels as if the positive change our heart & soul  anticipate is taking too long to appear. But transformation takes time as small waves gather momentum. We're already noticing changes in the activity of the sun, climate, planet & in what we perceive in our environment. Be patient & allow the light to shine more brightly. 

Whose Agenda are we Following?

Until recently, we thought our future was in our control until we were thrown into a cocoon of disorientation. As we emerge & head towards the light, it's a good time to pull away the veils, to clearly see whose agenda we are actually following into the future.  

We are Nature

When are we going to change our stance from believing we are being the superior species & guardians of Mother Earth, to humbly admitting we are created in her image & are her guests? Our lungs are her trees, our blood stream is her water, her stones are our bones & her inner fire catalyzes our actions. Say it out loud: we are Nature! 

Trusting our own Psychic Gifts

Are you sensitive to other people's energy?  Do you believe you're psychic ? Everyone has innate psychic gifts to varying degrees. But in my experience, by not openly owning our psychic gifts, we can inadvertently absorb energy from our environment that then impacts our moods. By trusting our psychic gifts, we reduce over-reaction & enhance our ability to make healthy intuitive decisions.  

 

Dreaming Reality Awake

Imagine that on every breath, we can choose what new dream we breathe into existence? Too big a plan? Nothing is set in stone unless we choose. We're living in Gaia's dreams: let's be inspired through the heart to awaken a new dream that brings changes to our feelings & physiology & leads to a new embodied reality.
