Follow the Silver Thread

Of the two spiritual threads that maintain our connection to the Divine Source, it's the silver thread of consciousness that appears to be challenged at this time. Bringing consciousness from our higher mind through the crown chakra & pineal gland, the connection is affected by substances we ingest & by changes to the electromagnetic charges within our atmosphere. In this podcast I offer ways to strengthen the silver thread.

Listening with the Heart

In our present world of communication, the loudest voices often with the most to say, tend to demand attention, independent of the depth of their information. Yet wisdom teaches that before we speak, we should quiet the chatter, listen to the multi-dimensional heart & hear eternal truths that serve the needs of the whole. 

Simple Pleasures

When things get busy, it can feel indulgent to enjoy simple pleasures. Yet pleasure is a sensory experience that exists in the 'Now', where we relax, receive & rejuvenate our energy. Through the closing mediation, we embrace the deep satisfaction of connection. 

The meditation at the end of this episode should only be enjoyed when you're in a place where you can comfortably close your eyes ie not while driving or operating machinery.  

Honoring Our Cycles

Life on Mother Earth consists of cycles - seasons, moon cycles & our breath. Everything flows more sweetly when we resonate with such cycles, honoring our contribution to maintain their rhythm. This includes the symbiotic relationship between the plant kingdom & ourselves & the cycle of creativity where we embrace the light of wisdom from our experiences. Shine on!  

The Emerging Feminine Power

The recent full moon in Scorpio & Pluto turning retrograde in Capricorn has accelerated the awakening of the deep transformational power of the feminine. Her presence in our life is not always comfortable as she reveals unacceptable behaviors, unhealthy bonds & where we're playing small. But the embodiment of such power is essential if we're committed to birthing a world of compassion, abundance & unity through the acceptable of diversity. 

Earth Love

This Earth Day is a wonderful time to become respectful & co-operative guests of our beautiful blue planet, seeing her as a highly evolved conscious being with her own dreams of the future. During this episode, I share ideas received from family, the wise teachers of Findhorn & from the elementals & nature kingdoms themselves.  Time to love the Earth as never before.

Body Talk

Our body is one of our best friends, providing us with wisdom & love when we take the time to look & listen. Whether through our voice, markings on our face, color of our irises, shape of our toes or the flow of energy through the meridians, there's so much to know about ourselves & to pay attention to achieve soul wellness.  

Motivation to Inspire

This Aries new moon is a great motivator to clear away the cobwebs & nurture & fertilize dreams that have been languishing in the 'I'll get around to it some day' box. Time for adventure, fresh fields & to courageously share our unique gifts & talents with the world. Even if the project is small, the sense of satisfaction is well worth the effort.  

Birthing into Freedom

Whatever's happening in our world, we're blessed with cultural events - Passover, Sakura, Easter - that reconnect us to a collective truth, bringing us home to ourselves. For instance, Easter follows ancient teachings about a 3 day ritual; release, connect deeply & give birth to freedom.  For the past year we've all be subject to the release & deep connection (lockdown) parts, now we're ready for the birth into freedom!
