With so much uncertainty in the world, it's good to balance our energy levels throughout the day.  Sadly however, much of the energy loss occurs on subtle levels through game playing or energy stealing. During this podcast, I offer insights into ways we can confidently & respectfully protect our energy.

Emerging from the Mists of Illusion

With watery Neptune now moving forward & the powerful beam of this Sagittarius solar eclipse focused on truth & fairness, the mists of illusion & misdirection are finally clearing. Are we ready to release cozy beliefs in the name of innate wisdom? Have you noticed an enhanced hypersensitivity in the past few weeks as Neptune turned? This lunar eclipse in Taurus turns our focus towards seeds of our future such as ideas, dreams, plant seeds & our children. They carry the promise of humanity's survival & prosperity. How can we ensure such seeds reach fertile & nurturing soil? Our ancestors lived in such times of transformation & left clues for us to find. Let's value & protect these precious seeds of hope.

Road Less Travelled

Life offers choices: will we take the well trodden road with an assured destination or the road less traveled that expands our soul's wisdom? Humanity is facing such decisions: do we pretend we're making advancements while using the same old beliefs & materials or ascend to amazing new levels of achievement that meet collective spiritual needs?

Natural Healing

Do you still use first aid natural healing methods taught to you as a child? Therapies that align to the natural rhythms & health of the body complemented orthodox medicine in many countries until about 100 years ago when medical education was redefined, shaping our present day health systems. Time to listen to body, mind & soul, accepting that the more alive, natural & energetic the therapies we accept, the healthier we will feel. 

Standing Strong on the Edge of Chaos

During the Gaelic festival of Samhain or Halloween, many dress in ghoulish clothes & answer the question: 'trick or treat." Symbolically, we're being asked; what price are we willing to pay to avoid the potential malevolence that could arise from the scary world of the unknown. With wisdom, we should choose not to be tricked by the fear of chaos or the promise of stability, standing strongly on the bridge between the two, embracing the strength & diverse creativity that comes from living on the edge of chaos.

Loving the Unlovable

Love is the power of connection, the eternal glue that reminds us that we're much loved aspect of the Divine Light. Yet over time, we've become persuaded to believe that we're not worthy of such love or that certain personality traits are unacceptable.  Enjoy the meditation, collecting all those unlovable parts, reclaiming the truth that love is your birthright.

Eyes in the back of our Head

Do you ever sense someone's looking at you? This intuitive awareness is due to morphic resonance, an invisible web that connects us especially through the chakra at the base of the skull called the Alta Major. Through spiritual practices, we can strengthen this essential portal transforming our highest dreams into reality.  

Fertile Awareness

Fertility is defined as 'the abundant production of valuable resources' such as food, children & even ideas. What makes a fertile civilization? Compassion, humility & a healthy respect for Mother Nature's natural rhythms, essential elements & her eternal source of electromagnetic energy.
